Whoopie Pies

Okay here is the Whoopie Pie recipe.

Whoopie Pies

Stir together:

1 c. boiling water

1 c. cocoa

1 t. vanilla

Mix and let cool

Cream:

2 c. sugar

1/2 c. shortening

Till fluffy

Add:

2 eggs

1 c. sour milk

3 1/2 c. flour

2 t. baking soda

2 t. baking powder

Beat well.

Add cocoa mix and mix well.

drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 7 min.

Cream Filling

Beat:

2 egg whites

1 1/2 c. shortening

3c. 10x sugar

4 T. Milk

1 t. Vanilla

Add cream filling to cakes.
